We have vacancy for Training and Development Executive

Qualification - MBA or PGDM in Human Resources

Experience - 1 to 5 yrs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA):

Assess organizational and individual training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
Identify skill gaps and recommend learning interventions.

2. Program Design & Development:

Design and develop training programs (classroom, e-learning) based on learning objectives.
Create engaging and interactive learning content using modern instructional design principles.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.

3. Training Delivery:

Facilitate or coordinate in-house and external training sessions.
Support trainers and managers in delivering effective learning experiences.

5. Evaluation & Reporting:

Gather feedback, analyze data, and report ROI of learning programs.

6. Stakeholder Management:

Partner with department heads to align learning initiatives with business strategy.
Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants.

7. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on learning trends, technologies, and best practices.
Recommend and implement improvements to the L&D strategy.

8. Audits :

Responsible for internal and external audits
