About the Role
We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Officer to take ownership of financial operations while managing administrative activities. The role is designed for someone with strong accounting knowledge, vendor management skills, and the ability to keep the organization running efficiently.
You will thrive if you are detail-oriented, process-driven, and enjoy balancing accuracy in accounts with efficiency in administration.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance (including but not limited to):

Managing accounts payable/receivable, vendor invoices, and office expense payments.

Preparing monthly reconciliations, financial reports, and supporting audits.

Processing and reconciling travel and business expense claims.

Maintaining and verifying asset registers with periodic checks.

Supporting budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial planning.
Administration (including but not limited to):

Managing procurement of office supplies, equipment, and vendor services.

Coordinating office maintenance, pantry, and facility needs.

Overseeing travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and visas.

Supporting internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.

Maintaining filing systems (digital/physical) and handle confidential information.

Coordinating visitor access and office security.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounts and administration (compulsory).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting.

Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and vendor management skills.

Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.
