Key Responsibilities: Accurately weigh, handle, and charge raw materials into reactors in accordance with batch process instructions. Operate and monitor chemical reactors and auxiliary equipment in a manual or semi-automatic setting. Record process parameters and maintain comprehensive batch production records. Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure product conformance to required specifications. Perform routine equipment checks and assist with preventive maintenance activities. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, vendor payments, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally and have strong knowledge of accounting processes and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting Operations Verify Vendor/Suppliers/Consultants invoices with Purchase Orders and supporting documents. Book all purchase and expense invoices in Tally . Prepare payment vouchers and cheques for vendors and expense payments. Check, book, and process factory petty cash vouchers. Maintain records through systematic filing. Verify and process casual labour & contractor attendance for payments. Handle and process utility payments. Review and follow up on pending MRNs. Apply credit limit for customer on insurance company portal , enhancements of credit limit , keeping record in excel file. 2. MIS Reports Prepare Carriage Inward Reports and Import Registers . Calculate electricity allowance for factory employees in company accommodation. Track loading/unloading charges for sales materials. Generate special-purpose MIS reports as needed by senior management. 3. Statutory Compliance Perform GSTR reconciliation . Ensure correct deduction and booking of TDS, TCS, and GST . 4. Other Responsibilities Maintain and update Vendor Master . Maintain Utility Payment Tracker and Vendor Payment Summary reports. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Tally ERP Strong knowledge of accounting principles Experience with invoice processing , vendor payments , and statutory compliance Ability to prepare and interpret MIS reports Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Knowledge of GSTR, TDS, TCS, GST Preferred Candidate Profile: Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial accounting Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

JD description of Deputy Production Manager We are looking for 10-15 yrs of experince in Batch processing . Most prefer the candidate who are experience in acrylic emulsion production. The incumbent will have to reside in Boisar with family The Deputy Manager is responsible for all Production activity and plant. Daily production plan as per production planning to achieve the target. Raw material planning and ensure consumption of raw material as per standard norms. Manpower planning and co-ordinate with other departments heads for smooth operation of manufacturing activities. To ensure the compliance of safety appliances by all personnel in the plant. To motivate the staff for safe working operation and take care of general safety in the manufacturing plant. The incumbent must have good knowledge and batch processing experience of emulsion polymerization. He should be an enthusiastic and responsible person, should be honest, proactive and have good communication skills. Experience of following ISO procedures is preferred.
