Responsibilities Drive business growth, provide high quality sales and technical support to customers in South India, Sri Lankaan Maldives. Build strong relationships with new sales accounts and key customers, maintaining professional selling and technical support at the highest level. Evaluate market potential and opportunities for allnex products in South India, Sri Lanka and Maldives. Lead, direct, and motivate relevant distributors to meet corporate objectives. Collaborate with TS&D to prioritize and manage technical services for customers, ensuring professional andhigh-quality product presentations and promotions are carried out. TS&D chemist-PCR Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai (All Areas) 3 - 8 years INR 4.0 - 7.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Organize lab workload efficiently. Multi-day practical task planning Demonstrate & train others on lab procedures and techniques Participates in equipment/lab product supplier discussions Development: Formulate coatings & Inks using established templates and procedures. Testing: Conduct coating & paint characterization tests, including Adhesion- Crosscut, Hardness- Solvent resistance, Mechanical, Corrosion, Weather and Chemical resistance, etc. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of formulations, test results, and laboratory procedures along with mandatory SHE documentations. Safety: Ensure all laboratory activities comply with safety protocols and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintenance: Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and technical teams to support new product development and improvement. Preferred candidate profile Number of successful formulations developed within a given timeframe. Average time taken to complete standard tests (adhesion, hardness, chemical resistance). Number of tests conducted per week/month. Accuracy and completeness of laboratory records and documentation. Timeliness in updating and maintaining records. Number of safety incidents. You'll play a key role in making sure orders are processed smoothly, deliveries happen on time, and customers get the support they need when they need it. Your work will be essential in keeping our customers happy and ensuring everything runs like clockwork in our supply chain. Responsibilities Manage import/export shipment activities, ensuring timely customs clearance and accurate documentation. Track and analyze import/export data to identify any compliance issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Work closely with freight forwarders and third-party providers to ensure efficient and accurate processing of shipments and related paperwork. Ensure all import/export activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. Prepare and submit required reports to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Post Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP while resolving any errors promptly. Collaborate with intercompany teams and vendors to obtain necessary documents for shipment clearance. Maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for imports, exports, and inventory, as required by management. Required skills and experience 2 - 3 years' experience in logistics and customer service. Strong proficiency in SAP with effective application in daily tasks. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and find solutions. Strong customer focus, always maintains a service-oriented approach, even in challenging situations. Attention to detail, especially in processing orders and coordinating logistics. Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs documentation. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or other discipline.
