Responsibilities Drive business growth, provide high quality sales and technical support to customers in South India, Sri Lankaan Maldives. Build strong relationships with new sales accounts and key customers, maintaining professional selling and technical support at the highest level. Evaluate market potential and opportunities for allnex products in South India, Sri Lanka and Maldives. Lead, direct, and motivate relevant distributors to meet corporate objectives. Collaborate with TS&D to prioritize and manage technical services for customers, ensuring professional andhigh-quality product presentations and promotions are carried out. Cooperate with regional sales team, look for more new business opportunities. Explore new markets or segments in accordance with the products strategic plan. Develop and create new business opportunities. Required skills and experience Preferred candidate profile 5 - 10 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Technical Service with demonstrated exposure in chemical industry. Experience working in coating resin industry is an added advantage. Proficiency in English and Tamil languages. Good command in Telugu or Kannada is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Track record in key account management and business / customer development in new markets or with newproducts. Strong hunter mindset to drive business growth.
