Technical Sales Manager

You are a driven and dynamic Sales Lead responsible for spearheading growth across insurance and financial services clients. Your main duties include identifying opportunities, establishing relationships with decision-makers, and finalizing deals for our tech-enabled offering. You will be in charge of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure. It is crucial to develop and maintain a strong pipeline across insurers and distributors. Understanding client pain points and tailoring our solutions to meet their needs is key. Collaborating with product and technical teams to align client requirements with specifications is essential. Participation in industry events, demos, and client workshops is expected. Managing CRM and ensuring sales hygiene are part of your responsibilities. Your primary goal is to achieve revenue and account growth targets. To excel in this role, you need 5-10 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales, with a preference for prior exposure to insurance or BFSI technology. A solid understanding of the insurance value chain (life, health, or general insurance) is required. Proven success in opening new accounts and closing high-value deals is crucial. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are a must. Being a self-starter with a focus on action and results is advantageous. Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM and email automation is beneficial. Previous experience in selling SaaS, AI/ML, or analytics solutions to insurers is an added advantage.
