Job Purpose: Navitas Semiconductor (Nasdaq: NVTS) is a high-growth, publicly traded technology company seeking a Sr. FAE. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, tech-savvy, collaborative, and understands the dynamics of a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities and Duties: ●Provide technical support of Navitas high power products: GaN, SiC etc. as well as system levelsupport to key customers for high power AC-DC/DC-DC/DC-AC applications. ●Performing technical analysis of circuits/boards to resolve issues or meet customers’ criteria orbenchmarking against competitors’ products.●Working on proof of concepts/demonstrators/reference solutions to support customers & buildsystem knowledge. ●Collect market information and feedback HQ the market requirements and trend. ●Prepare and conduct product/application level trainings to customer and our partners ●Act as bridge between internally marketing, sales, development organizations across regions, andexternally customers and distributors, with profound stakeholder management to support strategysetting Requirements: ●Bachelor’s degree above in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field, experience on Data Center,Solar, ESS, Inverter or OBC/DCDC, is preferred. ●Min. 8+ years of FAE, AE or RD experience in semiconductor or high-power design company forindustrial or automotive power applications ●Deep understanding of high power stage design including gate drivers, control loops, transformersand power FETs ●Understanding the switching power component MOSFET, IGBT etc. GaN and SiC MOSFET experienceis a plus

Key Responsibilities and Duties: Value based technical selling, leveraging Navitas products’ advantage for high-performance, high-efficiency and high-power density applications Working closely with FAE and global marketing team Secure new business while maintaining and developing existing business with key customers Identify and utilize Leads to develop an understanding of prospects needs Build and maintain relationships with Leadership Team. Act as bridge between internal marketing, development organizations across regions, and externally customers and distributors, with profound stakeholder management to support strategy setting Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in electrical /Electronics engineering or an equivalent field, experience in high voltage SiC applications such as Date Center, Energy and grid infrastructure and industrial electrification is preferred 5+ years of FAE, AE or Technical Sales experience in high power design company for industrial or automotive power applications Ability to build and maintain strong customer relations Good understanding of sales processes, good ability to manage design opportunities and sales forecast, good summarizing and reporting skills. Teamwork, High-level self-discipline and innovative Willingness to travel up to 70%.
