Roles and Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on boilers, cooling towers, and other thermal power plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of boiler systems, identifying potential issues before they become major problems. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to boiler operations. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all aspects of boiler operation. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in boiler certified engineer role or similar position in a thermal power plant setting. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical & BOE Certification Strong understanding of boiler operations, including VAM (Vertical Axis Motor) systems. Proficiency in performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and repairs.
