Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience with

  SAP

  (preferred)
• Experience in

  Chemical Manufacturing

  or

  Supply Chain & Logistics

  industry

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure

   effective utilization of manpower

   in the dispatch department.
2. Handle

   logistics and supply chain out bound activities

   efficiently.
3. Ensure

   FIFO (First In, First Out)

   principle for all finished goods dispatches.
4. Verify and maintain records of all

   gate passes received

   .
5. Manage

   tanker loading and release

   on time after confirming correct temperature and QC parameters.
6. Ensure

   cleanliness and proper labeling

   of packed drums before dispatch.
7. Conduct regular

   physical stock audits

   of finished goods.

8. Generate E-Way Bills, LRs, and other related dispatch documentation

   accurately.
9. Maintain

   5S practices (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

   in the finished goods warehouse.
10. Maintain and update

    inward raw material register

    .
11. Record

    raw material tanker weighments

    accurately.
12. Perform

    SAP entries for dispatches and inventory movements

    .

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of

  SAP (MM/SD Module preferred)

• Good understanding of

  logistics, dispatch, and documentation

  processes
• Strong coordination skills with production, QC, and transport teams
  
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety & compliance standards
  
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word)
  

Education & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in

  Logistics / Supply Chain / Chemical

  field)

• 3-6 years

  of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations
