Position Overview:
We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented college fresher to join us as an Intern in Payroll & HR Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in global payroll and HR, especially in the US market, while working closely with experienced mentors.
You ll be trained and guided in managing US payroll, onboarding, and HR processes from India (semi-night shift: 6 pm to 3 am IST).
What You ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Learn and support the US payroll process by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry and reporting.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for US mentors, ensuring smooth documentation and coordination.
- Gain exposure to HR documentation, policies, and compliance practices related to US operations.
- Communicate with US mentors/employees on payroll and onboarding queries, providing professional and timely support.
- Help with HR operations tasks such as email communication, data management, scheduling, spreadsheet tracking or any other adhoc that comes your way.
- Work on small projects and process improvement ideas that will help you understand global HR & payroll at scale.
What You ll Learn:
- End-to-end knowledge of US payroll systems, compliance, and HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with global HR tools and payroll software.
- Practical problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Who We re Looking For (Qualifications):
- A college fresher (Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field preferred).
- Strong with numbers, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Eager to learn about global payroll & HR, especially the US system.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Willingness to work in the semi-night shift (to align with US time zones - 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST).
- Organized, dependable, and curious.
