Experience:

The International Sales Support Executive will assist the Export/International Sales team in handling overseas customer communication, preparing quotations, managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely order execution.

This role requires strong coordination skills, knowledge of export procedures, and basic technical understanding of textile products.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication & Coordination

  • Respond to enquiries from international clients via email and calls

  • Share product specifications, samples, catalogues, and technical sheets

  • Maintain professional communication and provide timely updates

2. Quotation & Price Support

  • Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and overseas price quotations (FOB/CIF/CFR)

  • Coordinate with costing, production, and logistics for price/data inputs

  • Maintain and update pricing master sheets

3. Order Processing

  • Enter confirmed orders in ERP/SAP

  • Check product specifications, quantities, delivery terms

  • Follow up with production planning to ensure timely dispatch

4. Shipment & Logistics Coordination

  • Track shipment status (factory → port → destination)

  • Communicate ETD, ETA, and delays to clients

  • Ensure timely container booking and documentation submission

5. After-Sales Support

  • Handle complaints related to quality or delayed delivery

  • Coordinate with QA and production to resolve issues

  • Assist in arranging replacements or credit notes

6. Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain client-wise trackers, order status reports, and shipment MIS

  • Prepare monthly sales reports for management review

  • Maintain CRM database and follow-up records



Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination/support role (preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Skills Required:

  • Understanding of technical textile products (GSM, coating, denier, fabric specs)

  • Knowledge of incoterms, export documentation, and LC procedures

  • Excellent written & verbal English communication

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills

  • Customer service mindset

  • Analytical approach and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple international clients simultaneously
