Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with a strong working knowledge of Tally ERP to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.
• Manage and maintain books of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Ensure Timely and accurate documents filing.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare documentation for audits.
• Support senior accountants and finance managers with ad hoc tasks and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
