Job Description

Key Responsibilities-
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely billing.
- Prepare monthly statements, invoices, and financial reports for clients and internal teams.
- Reconcile bank transactions, ledger entries, and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts receivable ageing and follow up on overdue payments.
- Process expense claims, purchase orders, and vendor payments in accordance with company policy.
- Assist in month end and year end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Provide accurate financial information and insights to the sales and management teams.
- Ensure compliance with GST, tax regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc analysis, budgeting, and forecasting tasks.
- Maintain organised documentation and records for audit trails.
Skills- Tally, Advance Excel.
Educational Qualifications
  • Graduate in commerce.
