Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee data, benefits, and performance records
- Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and provide support to employees
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Prepare HR reports and metrics, including headcount, turnover, and attendance
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HR software and MS Office applications
