Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at Pest Shields in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in leading day-to-day operations at the site or across multiple shifts within client premises. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and developing a team of 3-4 supervisors and 30-35 Technicians in one city or multiple cities. - Acting as the primary information source for the team, ensuring compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when necessary. - Mentoring, training, and developing teammates for career growth and performance enhancement. - Creating, communicating, and maintaining day-to-day services and standard work procedures. - Identifying and leading process improvement initiatives using Lean tools to enhance customer satisfaction. - Building and executing productivity plans, reviewing work forecasts, and balancing labor to meet service completion deadlines. - Evaluating performance objectives and metrics to ensure customer time, accuracy, and quality expectations are met. - Partnering with other managers to share best practices and complete assigned work with precision. - Ensuring compliance with food safety standards, submission of team expenses, monthly trackers, and job cards. Qualifications Required: - Completed bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 3+ years of relevant experience. - Willingness to work overtime during peak holiday seasons and as needed year-round. - Strong focus on customer experience and availability for work on any assigned shift. - Experience managing front-line supervisors and implementing process improvement initiatives. - Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree in Agri, Biotech, Industrial Chemistry, or BSC in Chemistry. - 2+ years of management experience in Laboratory, Pest Control operations, pesticides, or insecticides environment. - Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, motivate teams, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in using data for problem-solving and driving results.
