Job Description

As an International Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities on a global scale. Your role will involve conducting market research, analyzing trends, building and maintaining relationships with international clients and partners, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Additionally, you will be negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, providing reports on business growth and market insights, and coordinating with the Logistics department for shipment execution. Sales of B2B agro commodities such as quinoa, chia, dry fruits, and spices will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. It is crucial to follow the CRM process and demonstrate optimism, enthusiasm, and confidence even in the face of rejection. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and analyze trends - Build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners - Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Negotiate contracts and collaborate with internal teams - Provide reports on business growth and market insights - Coordinate with the Logistics department for shipment execution - Sell B2B agro commodities like quinoa, chia, dry fruits, and spices - Follow the CRM process diligently Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year experience in International trading/sales of Agro commodities products - Bachelor's degree/PGDM/MBA in International Sales - Situational leadership qualities and previous experience in operations - Detail-oriented, a taskmaster, and possess planning abilities - Understanding of ERP and good communication skills - Working knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with the Sales process - Knowledge of the Food manufacturing industry and data analysis - Experience in International Sales and a B2B background in selling commodities like Peanuts, Herbs, Animal Feed & Spices will be advantageous - Strong analytical skills for predicting Agri commodity trends If you believe your skills and experience align with this role, please share your Resume to hr@quinoaguru.com with the Subject line: International Sales Executive.
