Job description Job Role- International Business Development Executive Job Location- Whitefield,Bangalore Responsibilities Identify and develop new international business opportunities. Conduct market research and analyze global trends. Build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Negotiate contracts and close deals with overseas clients. Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies. Provide reports on business growth and market insights Coordinate with the Logistics department for shipment execution Sales of B2B agro commodities like quinoa, chia, dry fruits, and spices Follow the CRM process Exhibit optimism, enthusiasm, and confidence in facing rejection Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1 year experience in International trading/sales of Agro commodities products like Millets / Groundnut / Sesame seeds / Quinoa/ Chia /Meal / Fruit Pulp / Red chilly / Animal Feed / Rapeseed meal / Soya meal/sunflower meal/cotton meal etc. Bachelors degree/PGDM/MBA(International Sales preferred) Situational leadership qualities Previous experience in operations Detail-oriented, taskmaster Planning abilities Understanding of ERP Good communication skills Working knowledge of MS Office Understanding of the Sales process Understanding of the Food manufacturing industry Well versed in Data Analysis Experience in International Sales B2B background (Peanuts, Herbs, Animal Feed & Spices) selling experience Strong analytical skills for prediction in Agri commodity trends .
