Role Overview

The US Outbound Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to US-based customers. The role focuses on lead conversion, relationship building, and achieving revenue targets while delivering a professional customer experience in line with compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion

• Make outbound calls to US customers to promote products or services
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Generate qualified leads and close sales opportunities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Quality & Performance

• Maintain high call quality, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in sales coaching, training, and calibration sessions
• Implement feedback to improve performance

Reporting & Coordination

• Update sales reports and trackers on a regular basis
• Coordinate with supervisors and team leaders for performance improvement

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales revenue and conversion rate
• Calls per hour and contact rate
• Average deal value
• Quality and compliance scores
  

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US accent
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Sales-driven mindset with target-oriented approach
• Ability to work in US night shifts
• Good listening and relationship-building skills
• Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company policy)
• 14 years of experience in US outbound sales or international BPO
• Experience in telecom, insurance, solar, credit cards, or SaaS sales is a plus
• Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered
