As an International Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving global business growth by tapping into new markets, fostering strong client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of international sales processes. Your strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and prior experience in export sales will be key assets in this dynamic role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in international markets. - Generate sales reports, maintain detailed client interaction records, and regularly update CRM/sales databases. - Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in targeted regions. - Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing international customers. - Conduct thorough market research to uncover business opportunities, assess customer needs, and monitor competitor activities. - Create and deliver impactful sales presentations, quotations, and proposals. - Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality, documentation) to ensure seamless order fulfillment. - Ensure adherence to export regulations, Incoterms, and necessary documentation requirements. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in international sales, with a preference for backgrounds in manufacturing/export/packaging/industrial products. - Profound understanding of global trade practices, Incoterms, and export documentation. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Proven track record of building enduring client relationships and managing cross-cultural interactions. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and open to international travel. - Proficiency in MS Office suite.
