Role Summary

Inside Sales Team Lead


Key Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Lead a team of inside sales executives (5-6 members), overseeing daily performance, call quality, and closure rates.
  • Conduct regular training, call audits, and performance reviews.
  • Drive a high-performance and customer-first culture across the team.

Sales Operations

  • Own the complete sales funnel — from lead qualification and consultation to conversion and payment.
  • Handle both B2C (individual buyers) and B2B (dealers, hospitals, clinics, etc.) sales opportunities.
  • Solve objections, offer product recommendations, and maintain strong customer relationships.

LeadSquared CRM Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of leads, tasks, and follow-ups on

    LeadSquared CRM

  • Create and manage automation journeys, lead distribution rules, and lead scoring.
  • Monitor CRM dashboards to track KPIs like contact rate, conversion %, and average handling time.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports through LeadSquared and Excel.
  • Identify sales trends, pipeline gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Share regular insights with leadership and collaborate with marketing and ops to improve conversion.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with Customer Support, Marketing, and Fulfilment to ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
  • Provide product and customer feedback to internal teams for product and process improvements.


Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in D2C, ecommerce, or healthtech sectors.
  • Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience.
  • Strong command over spoken and written

    English & Hindi

    (regional languages are a plus).
  • Proven experience using

    LeadSquared CRM

    : lead management, automation workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM dashboards.
  • Ability to explain technical products in a simple, consultative manner.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the

    mobility aids

    , eldercare, or medical devices sector.
  • Ability to engage with elderly customers, caregivers, and institutional buyers with empathy.
  • Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, startup-like environment.
