Inside Sales Team Lead

The Team Leader Inside Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members in a fast-paced environment. Lead, mentor, and develop the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are met. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge. Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review. Qualifications and Requirements: - 3-10 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1 year in a team lead inside sales (Telesales) role. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
