Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to join our team at THE RRKS, with 1-4 years of experience in the Management Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of inside sales professionals to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets.
