Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Onsite – Saket, New Delhi, India

Experience Required: Minimum 2-5+ years in Inside Sales / Business Development (US/UK/UAE/India Market)

We are expanding our US market sales team and looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Executive with proven success in exceeding quotas, building strong client relationships, and driving growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: research, prospecting, lead qualification, discovery calls, solution pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Generate and manage B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently, focusing on US-based SMBs to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with US clients, nurturing trust and repeat business.
  • Deliver effective discovery and demo presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Handle objections confidently and negotiate deals with creativity and persistence.
  • Maintain clean, updated pipelines in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Collaborate with marketing and project delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
  • Track KPIs: daily activities, meetings booked, conversion ratios, revenue closed.
  • Represent Logarithm Media Solutions in the US market as a trusted growth partner.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-5+ years of proven Inside sales/business development experience targeting US clients.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas/revenue targets consistently.
  • Experience selling digital marketing, IT, or web development services.
  • Strong B2B prospecting and closing skills (SMBs → Enterprise accounts).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for US client base.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot, ClickUp, Notion, Zoho, MS Office Suite) and outreach platforms.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email sequencing tools.
  • Resilient, self-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.

  • Consistently ranked in the top 10–20% of performers in previous roles.
  • Ability to multi-thread accounts and close complex deals.
  • Experience handling $10k+ deal sizes in digital/IT projects.
  • Strategic thinker with creativity in solving client challenges.
