Negotiation & Closing: Assist in closing sales and negotiate terms and conditions to meet client needs while ensuring company profitability. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to ensure smooth transitions and client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications : Experience: 1-5 years of experience in inside sales or business development. Web and related sales experience are preferred for US, UK, UAE, and Indian clients. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with potential clients. Sales Focused: Strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Client Handling: Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools like ClickUp, Notion, Zoho, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with online sales and communication tools. Organized: Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and client queries efficiently. Salary : Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
