Role Overview :

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our sales team. This role will focus on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales conversions through phone calls, emails, and online meetings. If you are an energetic individual with a passion for sales and business development, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other digital outreach methods.
  • Sales Outreach: Initiate and manage communication with prospects to qualify and understand their needs.
  • Sales Presentations: Schedule and conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients, focusing on the value of Logarithm Media's offerings.
  • Client Engagement: Nurture client relationships and maintain ongoing communication to understand their evolving needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Track leads, prospects, and opportunities using CRM tools and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Assist in closing sales and negotiate terms and conditions to meet client needs while ensuring company profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to ensure smooth transitions and client satisfaction.


Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in inside sales or business development. Web and related sales experience are preferred for US, UK, UAE, and Indian clients.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with potential clients.
  • Sales Focused: Strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Client Handling: Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools like ClickUp, Notion, Zoho, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with online sales and communication tools.
  • Organized: Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and client queries efficiently.


Salary :

  • Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives to reward sales success.
