Continuously improve OTC performance, processes, and reporting. Perform pricing and process analysis; generate SD/OTC performance reports and dashboards. Facilitate requirements workshops, design/configure solutions, deliver end‑user training and documentation Deep SAP OTC/SD expertise; strong exposure to related areas like P2P, Logistics, FI.
