SAP PP/QM Consultant - E2E Implementation

Key Responsibilities SAP Project Lifecycle Management: Actively participate in and lead phases of SAP Rollout, SAP Support, and S/4HANA implementation projects specifically related to PP and QM modules. Configuration & Master Data: Lead the SAP PP Configuration activities and manage SAP Master Data essential for production planning processes. QM Integration: Design and implement robust SAP QM Integration with other relevant modules, ensuring end-to-end quality processes. Production Scenarios Expertise: Apply deep knowledge and hands-on experience with production planning scenarios such as Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Technical Integration: Possess strong knowledge of SAP tables, BAPIs, Function Modules (FMs), and BADIs to support technical developments and integrations. Master Data Uploading: Utilize various master data uploading tools effectively, including LTMC, LSMW, BDC, and BAPI methods. WRICEF Management: Demonstrate proven experience in defining, documenting, and working on WRICEF (Workflow, Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, Form) lists. Cross-Module Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with modules such as Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Warehouse Management (WM) to ensure integrated solutions. Industry Specific Knowledge: Apply knowledge in aspects relevant to process industries such as Oil and Gas, Refinery, and Utilities. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SAP consulting or functional roles, with a strong focus on Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. Demonstrable experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation project. Proven experience in SAP Rollout and SAP Support engagements. In-depth knowledge of SAP PP Configuration and extensive experience with SAP Master Data setup and management (e.g., Material Master, BOM, Work Center, Routing). Strong understanding and practical experience with SAP QM Integration points. Hands-on experience and expertise in MTS, MTO, and MRP processes within SAP PP. Technical understanding of SAP tables, BAPIs, Function Modules, and BADIs. Proficiency in using master data uploading tools like LTMC, LSMW, BDC, and BAPI. Proven ability to define and work with WRICEF lists. Strong understanding of integrated processes across Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and/or Warehouse Management (WM). Knowledge or exposure to industry-specific processes in Oil and Gas, Refinery, or Utilities sectors. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
