Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant with a solid background in implementing and supporting Performance & Goals Management modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to configure, support, and enhance the PMGM module to meet business requirements and ensure seamless talent management processes. Key Responsibilities:Lead and support end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors PMGM modules.Configure performance forms, goal plans, competencies, and route maps in line with client needs.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.Customize templates for performance reviews, goal setting, and 360-degree feedback processes.Conduct UAT, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.Integrate PMGM modules with other SuccessFactors modules and/or third-party systems.Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and recommend improvements.Provide training and documentation for end users and administrators. Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors PMGM module.Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation experience in PMGM.Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture and best practices.Experience with XML-based configuration for Goal and Performance forms.Good understanding of Talent Management processes.SF certification in PMGM (preferred or must be willing to certify).Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
