SAP SF Consultant

anand ,Role & responsibilities

• Configure and maintain

  SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  modules and related functionalities.
• Manage

  Foundation Objects, Data Models, Business Rules, Workflows, Picklists

  , and Position Management.
• Handle

  employee master data

  , user data imports/exports, and data corrections.
• Provide support for

  Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

  and access management.
• Collaborate on

  EC integrations

  (EC to ECC/S4HANA) including BIB and data replication monitoring.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation.
  
• Perform

  Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT

  , and prepare test scripts.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal and external teams for resolution.
  
• Assist in release management, configuration updates, and regression testing.
  
• Provide end-user training, post-go-live support, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 - 4 years of experience as in SAP SF Consultant
• Strong working knowledge of

  SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  .
• Experience with

  Data Models, RBP, Business Rules, Position Management, Foundation Objects

  .
• Good understanding of EC integration concepts (BIB, API-based integrations, replication).
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with global stakeholders.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
