SAP SF Consultant

As an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting Performance & Goals Management modules. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading and supporting end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors PMGM modules. - Configuring performance forms, goal plans, competencies, and route maps according to client requirements. - Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional solutions. - Customizing templates for performance reviews, goal setting, and 360-degree feedback processes. - Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and resolving defects. - Integrating PMGM modules with other SuccessFactors modules and/or third-party systems. - Staying updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and recommending improvements. - Providing training and documentation for end users and administrators. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors PMGM module. - Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation experience in PMGM. - Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture and best practices. - Experience with XML-based configuration for Goal and Performance forms. - Good understanding of Talent Management processes. - SF certification in PMGM (preferred or must be willing to certify). - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.,
