Job Description

Position: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - LMS Location: Gurugram Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with 4-7 years of hands-on experience , including at least one end-to-end implementation . The ideal candidate will be certified in the LMS module and possess strong functional knowledge of training management within SuccessFactors. Key Responsibilities: Work on end-to-end SAP SF LMS implementations , enhancements, and support projects Configure and customize LMS functionalities : items, curricula, programs, catalogs, users, etc. Collaborate with clients to understand learning and compliance requirements Conduct requirement gathering, documentation, and training workshops Integrate LMS with other SF modules like PMGM and EC Monitor issue resolution , data uploads, and system performance Stay updated with SAP LMS release updates and features Provide post-go-live support and user training as need. Requirements: 4-7 years of relevant experience in SAP SF LMS consulting Must have completed at least one end-to-end LMS implementation Certified in SAP SuccessFactors LMS module Understanding of learning processes and compliance training Knowledge of Learning Assessments, Content Integration (SCORM/AICC) is a plus Strong analytical and communication skills Show more Show less
