Each medium to large Housing Society ,requires a trained Society Manager . In Administration ,Accounts ,Billing , Maintaince ,Co-Ordinations , Public Relations etc Expectation from Candidate : ( A) To source Job Requirements from Housing Societies for Society Manager, Electrician ,Plumber ,Event Organiser , BMC Liaison work etc (B) To source candidates and put them through Training for 3-7 days from specific Professional (C) To collect one months salary from those Housing Societies that need a Professional Manager with a signed Contract from Chairman , Secretary or Treasurer or all three or any two . To visit different localities of Mumbai on foot and collect data of existing Housing Societies. (D) To work in identifying work for unemployed people of our Country and find them jobs.
