Inside Sales Manager


This role requires strong communication, consultative selling skills, and proven experience working with international clients (US/UK/Canada/Australia).


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email outreach, digital prospecting, and networking databases.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns based on Ditinus’ service offerings.
  • Engage with decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, CEOs, Marketing Heads, Product Owners).


2. Sales Pipeline Management

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, proposals, and deal stages in CRM tools.
  • Prioritize high-value leads and ensure consistent pipeline movement.


3. Client Engagement & Consultative Selling

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements for services such as:
  • Web & Mobile App Development
  • Custom Software Development
  • UI/UX Design
  • Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC)
  • Dedicated Developer Hiring
  • Present tailored solutions, capabilities, and case studies to clients.
  • Work closely with technical teams to prepare estimates, project scopes, and proposals.


4. Target Achievement

  • Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs aligned with company goals.
  • Upsell/cross-sell additional services to existing clients for long-term business growth.


5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the Delivery, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
  • Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the Tech/Project team.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports including leads generated, conversion rates, pipeline status, and revenue progress.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of IT services, SDLC, mobile app/web technologies, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong experience with CRM tools, lead research tools, email automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and bringing new business.
  • Consultative selling approach with strong requirement analysis skills.
  • Ability to create proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Understanding of global markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE preferred).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience selling to international clients.
  • Experience with Upwork/agency sales will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with software development basics and technical terminology.
