Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire student inquiry–to–enrollment cycle through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and online leads.
• Counsel students about study abroad options, courses, destinations, eligibility, and application processes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets with a strong focus on conversions.
• Train, guide and oversee the performance of the inside sales team (counsellors).
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in CRM.
• Coordinate with the admissions team for applications, offers, and documentation follow-up.
• Conduct info sessions, webinars, and engagement activities to generate interest.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and quick turnaround time for all student queries.
• Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and lead flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience in inside sales or counselling (study abroad industry preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Ability to build rapport, handle objections and close sales.
• Good understanding of international education systems (Germany, UK, Europe, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
• Team management or team leadership experience is a strong plus.
