About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Ditinus. The ideal candidate should have proven hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads , with strong analytical skills to plan, strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable business results. You will play a key role in creating and managing digital marketing strategies that increase online visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our/clients' brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels. Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns to maximize ROI. Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis , and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities. Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements — meta tags, site structure, link building, and content optimization. Plan and execute remarketing, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns across multiple platforms. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite . Prepare detailed reports and insights with clear recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and paid media. Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient performance. Contribute to the company’s overall digital growth strategy by experimenting with new tools, channels, and marketing techniques. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing with strong focus on SEO and Paid Ads . Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. Deep understanding of keyword targeting, bid optimization, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation . Strong command of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and Data Studio . Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest. Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus. Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and creative thinking abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
