Responsibilities:

•   Handle inbound and outbound calls for Canadian travel customers.
•   Use 

  Amadeus GDS

   for flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
•   Understand client requirements and suggest the best travel options with competitive pricing.
•   Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and upselling.
•   Manage post-sales service, including schedule changes and travel updates.
•   Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal support teams for seamless delivery.
•   Ensure accurate documentation and maintain customer records.
•   Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements and skills :

•   Minimum 1 year of experience in 

  Travel Sales

  , specifically in the 

  Canadian market

  .
•   Proficient in using 

  Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS)

  .
•   Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
•   Strong knowledge of international travel itineraries, fare rules, and airline regulations.
•   Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments and meet targets.
•   Familiarity with travel CRM and ticketing tools is an advantage.
•   Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
•   A degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
