The role is for the travel concierge, who is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of ancillary services to customers who have booked their flight tickets with our partner networks. The current services include Trip Protection, Extra baggage, Seat Assignment, Meal Requests, and many more. This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in exploring new spaces, crossing new barriers and breaching the limits of their potential. This is a rapidly growing vertical and there are ample growth opportunities for the right candidates. The right candidate will meet the below criterion: Experience working in the voice process, as part of the inside sales team, in the international travel industry, with exposure to outbound calling. Agents with a minimum 1+ year of travel industry experience in the sales process (Flight Bookings), or Excellent communication skills to interact with US customers in a neutral accent are mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute email marketing strategies for customer engagement, retention, and conversion. Manage email automation campaigns, including checkout abandonment, remarketing, and loyalty programs. Optimize customer segmentation and personalization to improve open rates, click- through rates, and conversions. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and call-to-actions (CTAs) to maximize email performance. Work with content and design teams to create visually appealing, high-converting email campaigns. Monitor and analyze email deliverability, engagement, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments. Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Key Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience in email marketing within an OTA targeting USA, Canada, and Europe. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute high-performance media buying strategies on Kayak, Skyscanner, and other travel aggregators. Manage a six-figure monthly budget, optimizing bids and placements for maximum ROI. Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to drive bookings efficiently. Work with the marketing and data analytics teams to track campaign performance. Stay updated on meta-search engine trends and algorithm changes to maintain competitive positioning.
