About the Role:

results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist


The ideal candidate should have proven hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads


You will play a key role in creating and managing digital marketing strategies that increase online visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our/clients' brand presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive

    digital marketing strategies

    across paid and organic channels.
  • Manage and optimize

    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

    and

    Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

    campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct detailed

    keyword research, competitor analysis

    , and

    SEO audits

    to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements — meta tags, site structure, link building, and content optimization.
  • Plan and execute

    remarketing, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns

    across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using

    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite

    .
  • Prepare detailed

    reports and insights

    with clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with the

    latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

    in SEO and paid media.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient performance.
  • Contribute to the company’s overall

    digital growth strategy

    by experimenting with new tools, channels, and marketing techniques.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in

    Digital Marketing

    with strong focus on

    SEO and Paid Ads

    .
  • Proven experience managing

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

    campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of

    keyword targeting, bid optimization, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation

    .
  • Strong command of

    Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and Data Studio

    .
  • Knowledge of

    SEO tools

    such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
  • Familiarity with

    email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and creative thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
