Role Overview

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversions

• Generate high-quality leads for BHMS programs through multiple channels.
• Counsel students and parents, converting inquiries into successful admissions.

• Admissions Management

• Act as the official

  admission delegate for BHMS

  .
• Manage end-to-end admission processes – applications, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Liaise with BHMS representatives to ensure smooth communication and updates.

• Events & Seminars

• Organize and execute

  seminars, webinars, and info sessions

  to promote BHMS.
• Collaborate with schools, colleges, and institutions for outreach programs.
• Represent Z1 Study Abroad at

  education fairs and promotional events

  .

• Target-Oriented Performance

• Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets.
• Maintain reports on leads, conversions, and event outcomes.

• Relationship Management

• Build strong connections with students, parents, and academic partners.
• Ensure exceptional student support throughout the admission journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with 1

  –3 years of experience

  in overseas education/admission counseling.
• Strong knowledge of

  international education, hospitality, and business programs

  .
• Proven skills in

  lead generation, counseling, and event coordination

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage targets independently and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for seminars, events, and student outreach.
