Qualification:Graduate from any stream

Years Of Experience:

2+ years in sales of rooftop solar power plant projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute the organization level strategy for the rooftop solar business and deliver on individual targets.

2. Reach out commercial & industrial entities to generate leads of active interested prospects for a rooftop solar power plant.

3. Gather information from prospective customers, analyse electricity bills, credit ratings etc to identify their solar energy needs.

4. Submitting solar proposals under different financing models as per customer need.

5. Conduct the first level of meeting to explain everything about solar, company, proposal and pricing etc and ensure timely follow up with potential prospects

6. Responsible for closing the deals from the initial pitch till the closure of order.

7. Managing the business development team and achieving team targets.

8. Coordinating between customer, design and project execution team for smooth execution of project.

9. Always be ready with a monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plan.

Techno-Commercial strengths:

1. Knowledge of solar PV systems

2. Knowledge of solar yield estimation for a particular site considering climate, shading, losses, roof orientation & other site-specific details.

3. Stay updated with net metering, captive, open access & solar policy across state

4. Financial Modelling Payback period, IRR, Cash flow analysis
