Job Description

  • Identify, engage, and onboard schools for SIYA adoption
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school leadership teams (Principals, Directors, HODs)
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and workshops for teachers and management
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to convert teacher engagement into paid school partnerships
  • Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue targets using CRM and reporting dashboards
  • Participate in education events, webinars, and offline school meetings to drive visibility
  • Collect market insights, competition analysis, and customer feedback to improve strategy
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with accountability and ownership
  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Institutional Sales / EdTech Sales
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills and customer empathy
  • Willingness to travel for school demos and partnership meetings
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, content, and community teams
