Key Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition in ITES/BPO/KPO industry across domestic and/or international markets.
• Generate qualified leads through research, networking, cold calling, events, and digital channels.
• Develop proposals, present solutions, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with CXO and senior decision makers.
• Identify business opportunities, prepare business cases, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with operations and solutioning teams to customize service offerings.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliances, and client onboarding requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PG in Marketing, International Business, or equivalent.
• Exposure to multiple geographies (US/UK/EU/APAC) in outsourcing sales.
• Experience in large-deal pursuits (multi-million USD) is an added advantage.
