Who We’re Looking For We are on the lookout for a smart, persuasive, and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive who knows how to sell branding and digital marketing services. If you're someone who thrives on converting leads, loves client conversations, and enjoys building relationships with purpose-driven brands, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Reach out to potential leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups from internal databases and lead gen tools and methods Explain service offerings clearly and confidently — covering branding, communication design, and digital marketing solutions Convert leads into discovery meetings and assist in proposal coordination with the business development team Maintain and update CRM tools with all interactions and lead progress Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to share market insights and trends Meet weekly and monthly sales targets for qualified leads and client conversion Must-Have Skills Proven experience (1–3 years) in selling branding, design, or digital marketing services Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi Ability to handle objections and maintain strong follow-up discipline Basic understanding of marketing terms (SEO, social media, PPC, branding, UI/UX, etc.) Experience in using CRM tools and MS Office Good-to-Have Skills Prior work experience in an agency setup Basic understanding of pitch decks, proposals, and sales workflows Confidence in participating in discovery or Zoom calls if required What We Offer A collaborative and creative work culture Opportunity to work closely with leadership and clients from across sectors Monthly performance incentives A fast-paced growth environment with learning opportunities in strategy, content, and design 📨 To Apply Send your CV and a short note on your past sales experience in marketing/design services to jobs@innovateurban.com Subject Line: Application – Inside Sales Executive (Telecalling) Show more Show less
