Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Inside Sales Executive with experience in software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships — all through inside sales channels such as calls, emails, and online meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, inbound inquiries, email campaigns, and online platforms
• Identify customer needs and present suitable software solutions
• Conduct virtual product presentations and demos
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates regularly
• Work closely with technical and marketing teams to support sales campaigns
• Follow up with leads and negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, with a strong focus on software product or SaaS sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
