We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Executive with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of HCLTechs Career Shaper solutions across the European market. This role involves close coordination with client partners, proactive outreach to target customers, ownership of sales numbers, and active participation in bid management for identified RFPs/RFIs.
Drive sales of HCLTech Career Shaper solutions in the European region.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Collaborate with client partners to schedule and facilitate customer meetings.
Act as a liaison between client partners and prospects to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
Identify and pursue target customers for Career Shaper offerings.
Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Identify relevant RFPs/RFIs in the Career Shaper domain.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare and submit high-quality responses.
Track bid progress and ensure timely submissions.
Support proposal creation, pricing inputs, and documentation as required.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Provide regular updates on pipeline status, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT or EdTech solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of the European market dynamics and customer behavior.
Experience selling learning or career development solutions.
Prior experience in bid management or proposal coordination.
Multilingual capabilities (especially European languages) are a plus.
Prior experience working with or within HCLTech ecosystem.
