Location: Chakala Andheri east Mumbai Department: Sales Reports To: Head of Sales Administration Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help streamline sales operations. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments while maintaining accurate sales records and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the sales team with processing orders, preparing quotes, and tracking shipments. • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales reports. • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and sales events. • Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management. • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement efforts. • Maintain proper documentation of contracts, pricing, and proposals. • Monitor stock availability and communicate with inventory/warehouse departments. • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role (1–3 years preferred). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., V Tiger). •Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
