Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in using digital communication tools (e.g., email, chat, video conferencing).
Ability to quickly learn new products and solutions.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
