Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and people-first Sales Associate to join our growing team.You'll be the voice of Carry My Pet to potential clients, helping them navigate the journey ofrelocating their pets. This role blends empathy with efficiency because every pet is family,and every inquiry matters.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for pet parents looking to relocate their furry companions.

Conduct client consultations to understand specific relocation needs.

Create tailored proposals, quotes, and contracts as per client requirements.

Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential leads, resolving queries and buildingtrust.

Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and boost conversions.

Track all interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

Must-Have Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships

Basic knowledge of sales tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple conversations

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in B2C sales, customer support, or client-facing roles

Interest or love for animals (bonus if you're a pet parent yourself!)

Knowledge of pet care, travel, or logistics industries
