1. Documentation & Reporting

•        Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of all team and heads reports, customer interactions, and ongoing activities in CRM, Excel, and spreadsheets.

•        Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to trials, complaints, RCA, and closures.

2. New Product Development Support

•        Assist in end-to-end coordination with the Sales Head for new product trials and packaging development projects across various customers and application

•        Maintain an updated understanding and records of printing machinery, consumables, raw materials, coatings, and application techniques.

3. Customer Management

•        Ensure timely coordination and follow-ups with sales team regarding trials, queries, technical issues, and service requests.

•        Record all customer communication, feedback, and visit outcomes accurately into the CRM system.

4. Market Study & Research

•        Track/ Benchmark competitor packaging format and printing technologies to recommend improvement for ongoing packaging development projects.

5. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Support

• Coordinate with technical teams to gather data for RCA, document recurring issues, identify process gaps, and track closure of corrective and preventive actions.

6. Sales Coordination & Support

•        Assist the department heads in preparing and sending quotations and proforma invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

•        Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations and pending approvals to support faster conversion and order closure.

•        Work closely with internal technical and operations departments - coordinating with team to ensure proper process towards initiating trials to meet the required trial requirements at customer location

•        Manage the process of coordinating with customers and internal team for samples required trials and product validation.

•        Sharing necessary technical inputs.

•        Liaise electively with both domestic and international customers to ensure smooth communication and sales execution.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc. Chemistry / Chemical / Polymer) Diploma in packaging technology or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in the printing, packaging, or ink manufacturing industry.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM, MS excel, and spreadsheet management.
• Ability to handle customer queries with quick turnaround and professional follow-up.
