Job Summary:

IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Operations:

  • Manage the IT support to provide

    timely and effective technical assistance

    to employees.
  • Develop and enforce

    IT policies, procedures, and best practices

    to improve system uptime and efficiency.
  • Oversee

    incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution

    of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain

    IT service management (ITSM) tools/Dashbords

    and ensure SLA compliance for internal users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IT requirements and implement solutions.

IT Asset Management:

  • Establish and maintain an

    IT asset inventory system

    , tracking the lifecycle of hardware and software.
  • Ensure compliance with

    software licensing and procurement policies

    .
  • Optimize asset utilization and manage

    vendor relationships

    for IT purchases and services.
  • Plan for

    IT infrastructure upgrades

    and replacements to minimize disruptions.

Information Security & Compliance:

  • Implement and oversee

    cybersecurity measures

    , ensuring protection against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and enforce

    data protection and access control policies

    in line with regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct periodic

    security audits, risk assessments, and penetration testing

  • Educate employees on

    IT security awareness

    and best practices.

SharePoint Intranet Development & Management:

  • Lead the development and enhancement of the company's

    SharePoint intranet

    to streamline internal communication and collaboration.
  • Work with HR, Operations, and other departments to customize

    SharePoint workflows, document management systems, and portals

    .
  • Ensure the intranet is user-friendly, updated regularly, and serves as a

    central knowledge repository

    .
  • Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications for

    seamless digital workplace experience

    .

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in

    Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

    .
  • 2+ years

    of experience in IT support, asset management, and information security.
  • Strong knowledge of

    IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud-based systems

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    SharePoint development and administration

    .
  • Familiarity with

    ITIL frameworks, cybersecurity principles, and compliance standards

    (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
  • Strong

    problem-solving, communication, and leadership

    skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundation Certification

    (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator

  • CompTIA Security+ / CISSP
